As mortgage brokers we offer a significant upside to the canny investor looking to grow a portfolio for capital appreciation or maximum returns. The demand for mortgages for HMO's (Houses in Multiple Occupation) for example has remained constant through the turbulent years whilst lenders have deserted the market due to unsustainable losses in other areas of lending, primarily commercial. We have links with banks and lenders willing not only to lend to the professional landlord but actively help grow their business with loans and valuable buy to let mortgage advice.
